Automatic Assignment: Approvers are assigned based on the direct manager of the user placing the order. In some cases, where applicable you may be set to be your own approver. Please note this decision is managed by SGWS.
Updates to your Approver: As this information is controlled and managed by SGWS, hyble are unable to make any changes to this data. Request for updates should be requested with SGWS directly.
Approval Requests: hyble users do not have the capability to approve or reject orders. Your orders need to be approved by a manager before they can be sent to production.
Finding Your Approver: If you're unsure who your approver is, don't worry, simply reach out to our friendly support team who will be able to confirm this for you.
Decision Window: Orders in 'Awaiting Approval' status which have not been approved or rejected will be returned to 'Draft' after 30 days. After this time, users will need to submit their order again for approval.
