Managing Orders

At hyble, we understand that many of our clients have multiple representatives assigned to the same account. To streamline your experience and keep your orders organized, here's how you can manage and track orders:

  • Viewing Completed Orders: In your hyble account, you can easily access completed orders. When you navigate to your orders, you'll find options to filter by 'All Orders' (which includes every order submitted by your market) or 'My Orders' (which are orders completed by you specifically).

  • Customer Tracking: To make your order management even more efficient, you'll also see the customer for whom each order has been created. This feature helps you track and plan your orders with ease, ensuring that your materials are delivered to the right place.

With these capabilities, you can keep a close eye on what's in production for an account and avoid the duplication of orders. It's all about making your workflow as smooth as possible, especially when multiple reps are involved in serving the same client.
