-
Once updated, click Relaunch to complete the process.
Note: Other browsers, like Safari, may work but could have limited functionality.
2. Clear Your Browser Cache
An outdated or full cache can cause pages to load incorrectly or break certain features.
How to clear cache on a computer (Chrome):
-
Open Chrome.
-
Click the three dots in the top-right corner and go to Settings.
-
Select Privacy and Security > Clear Browsing Data.

Open Settings.
-
Go to General > Software Update.
-
If an update is available, tap Download and Install.
-
Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the update.
4. Check Your Internet Connection
A weak or unstable internet connection may interrupt features like saving or designing.
-
Whenever possible, connect to a secure, high-speed Wi-Fi network.
-
Restart your router if you’re experiencing repeated interruptions.
5. Experiencing Slow Loading?
If the platform still loads slowly, contact our team and request that all previously uploaded images be removed from your account.
Removing old files often improves speed, particularly for accounts with many past designs.
