If you are experiencing a technical issue with hyble, our support team may ask for some additional information so that they can diagnose, troubleshoot, and where needed, escalate your issue to our technical team for a fix. Below you will find information on how to provide information to the support team.
Checking your Current hyble Version (Computer Only)
Our team release new features, bug fixes, and improvements to hyble frequently, and these updates are applied to your browser simply by refreshing your page. To allow us to keep track of our development, every update on hyble comes with its own unique version number.
If you are experiencing an issue with hyble, our support team may ask you to provide us with your version number. This will help us to identify if the issue you are seeing can be fixed by updating hyble on your system, or if the issue has been caused by a recent update.
1. Go to https://pwa.hyble.app
This is the best link to use for accessing hyble on your device.
2. Right-Click and Select "Inspect":
Right-click anywhere on the page and choose "Inspect" from the menu that appears.
3. Navigate to the Element Tab:
In the opened window, find and click on the "Elements" tab.
4. Look for your Version Number:
Look through at the text on the left side of the window. You are looking for a line that contains the version number of hyble. This will look like the below line of text.
<!-- version: 1.0.1166 -->.
5. Copy the Version Number:
Once found, right-click on the line with the version number. Select "Copy" from the menu. You can then paste this number into your email or live chat with support, or read this out to the agent you are speaking to.
Please note that you are not able to check your device version on the iPad version of hyble. If your iPad has the most recent update live it will however always be the same as the desktop version number of hyble.
Checking your browser Version (Computer Only)
On a Desktop or Laptop device, where possible we would reccomend using Google Chrome when accessing hyble for the best experience. While we aim to make hyble compatible with as many devices as possible, some issues that you may be experiencing on hyble can only occur on certain version of Google Chrome.
To find out which version of Chrome you are using, please follow the steps below:
1. Access the Menu:
In the top-right corner of the browser window, you'll see three vertical dots (also known as the "Chrome menu"). Click on these dots to open the menu.
2. Go to "Help":
From the menu, hover your cursor over the "Help" option. This will reveal a submenu.
3. Select "About Google Chrome":
In the submenu, click on "About Google Chrome." This will open a new tab or window.
4. View the Version:
On the "About Chrome" page, you'll see information about the current version of Google Chrome. The version number is usually displayed beneath the browser name.
Providing your iOS version (iPad Only)
While iPad users cannot check their version of hyble, there may be other information specific to your device that can help our support team to monitor issues and provide troubleshooting steps. This includes providing your iOS version.
To check your iOS version, follow the steps below.
1. Open Settings:
Locate and tap on the "Settings" app on your iOS device's home screen. The icon looks like gears.
