By default, every hyble user will be assigned an approver. Upon order submission, these approvers will receive notifications to review and approve the design and costs of the order. We recognize that your designated approver might occasionally be unavailable, whether due to personal time off, illness, or other reasons. To prevent any delays in processing your order during such instances, we have implemented a backup approver system.
How does it work?
When your normal approver is unavailable, our friendly support team can provide a list of other authorized approvers in your state. You can then reach out to one of the contacts and ask them to approve your order, as your normal approver is unavailable. Simply reach out to help@hyble.tech to request a list of your state's back-up approvers.
What do you need?
To allow back-up approvers to complete your order quickly and easily, please provide them with the order ID you need approved.
Anything else I need to know?
- Please note that approvers are controlled and managed by SGWS and hyble are unable to amend or update default approvers.
- Orders in 'Awaiting Approval' status which have not been approved or rejected will be returned to 'Draft' after 30 days.
