Custom Order Status - What do they mean?

We want to ensure locating custom orders and understanding their status' is as simple as possible. So please see explanations of all of our status' below as well as what they mean.

In hyble, proceed to click on the 'Custom Orders' tab

 

From there, you will be able to filter orders by status to the right of the search bar

 

Status Descriptions

Submitted: Your order is being reviewed by the hyble team to determine if any additional information is needed to proceed with the order.

Hyble Accepted: Your order has been accepted, it will move into the estimating phase – this phase could include quoting and/or chargeback estimation.

Amends Required: Your order has been sent back to your drafts as we require more information to proceed. More information on this below.

Awaiting Quote: Your order requires a custom production quote, this typically takes 2 business days and once complete will be sent to your manager for approval.

Chargeback Estimation: Your order is over $250 and will require chargeback calculation. Once completed, a quote will be sent to your manager for approval.

Awaiting Manager Approval: The order costs have been sent out to your manager for approval.

Manager Approved: Your manager has approved the costs, and your order will enter the design phase of our process.

Manager Rejected: If costs have not been approved, your order will be at the status of Manager Rejected and will require you to amend the order to resubmit.

Design in Progress: One of our designers is working on the design proof for this order.

Proof Sent: A design proof is out for your review.

Design Revision: One of our designers is working on revisions to the design proof for this order.

Completed: Order has been sent to production and is in progress.

Shipped: Your order has been shipped and will be delivered to you.

Hyble Question: The hyble team is reaching out to ask a question pertaining to the order while in progress.
