We've heard your feedback and have implemented a solution to separate transaction fees and delivery fees on hyble.
Previously, the order transaction fee and shipping fee were merged into one field and shown as a single cost on hyble at checkout. Now, you will see separate fields for both of these costs, helping you to understand how the price of your order is broken down.
Above the total combined cost of your order, you will see:
- Transaction Fee: This covers the costs associated with processing the order.
- Delivery Fee: This covers the cost of delivering the goods.
You can see your transaction fee while entering your delivery and Supplier PO information...
...and once your order is completed!
This update helps you by providing transparency with separate fields for transaction fees and delivery fees, ensuring accuracy and improving communication with your suppliers.
