We’re excited to introduce a new enhancement to the custom order journey in hyble! Previously, you could only access the final proof of your design through a link provided via email. Now, you can also view the in-progress proofing link directly in hyble. This means you can easily access, review, and approve (or reject) your design right from within hyble.
Why have We Changed This?
Until now, you would only receive your in-progress proofing link (also known as the Guest Reviewer Link) via email. However, we’ve received feedback that emails often get lost or are difficult to find, causing frustration when trying to review your design.
With this new feature, the proofing link is displayed in the order summary whenever your order is at the "Proof Sent" stage. The link will always reflect the latest version of your design, even if revisions have been made.
How Does It Work?
When your order reaches the "Proof Sent" status, a link to your in-progress proof will be available in the Order Details section of the Summary Page. Simply click the link, and you’ll be directed to the Guest Reviewer page to approve the design or provide feedback.
If revisions are needed, the order status will change to "Design Revision," and the link will be temporarily disabled while our team work on amendments to your order. Once the revised design is ready and re-uploaded, the link will become active again, giving you access to the updated proof.
Then, once you approve your design and the order is completed, the link will automatically update to show the final proof.
