Need to repeat a Custom order but don't want to start from scratch? We've got you covered! Reordering Custom orders couldn't be easier with our handy repeat feature.
Simply follow the steps below to action your repeat;
1. From the hyble homepage, select 'Custom Orders'
2. Depending on the status of your order (only orders in 'Completed' or 'Shipped' status can be repeated), you will be able to use the status filter dropdown at the right-hand side
3. From there, locate the Custom order you wish to repeat
4. At the bottom right of the order, click in the three horizontal dots and select 'Repeat Order'
5. This will take you to a preview of your order to approve and submit!
6. Your repeat order will bypass the normal design process stage and be sent for approval!
As this is a straight repeat of an existing hyble design, no new design fees will apply. If you wish to make amends to a previously submitted Custom order, a new Custom order would be required, as this function is for straight repeats only.
