If you've just placed an order and want a digital copy, there’s now a simple way to access it! In response to feedback, hyble now offers a low-resolution digital download for approved orders, making it easy to keep a digital record of your order without purchasing a separate high-resolution digital version. Here’s everything you need to know to access this feature.
What’s New with Digital Downloads?
hyble now includes a low-resolution PDF for eligible physical orders. Here’s a quick overview of the main features and conditions:
- Available for Approved Orders Only: Your order must go through the approval process successfully before a low-resolution PDF becomes available.
- Access from the Order Summary Page: Once your order is approved and rendered, the low-res PDF can be accessed in a new “Downloads” section within the order summary page.
- Where to Find It: The “Download PDF” option has been moved from the top of the page to a dedicated downloads section at the bottom. This section will include both the low-res version (if approved and available) and a proof version with a watermark.
Steps to Download Your Digital Copy
If your order meets the eligibility requirements, here’s how you can download your digital copy:
- Place Your Order: Start by placing an order for a physical item on hyble.
-
Check Your Order Status: Go to the Order Confirmation page and select the link to view your Order Summary.
- Download Your PDF: Scroll to the “Downloads” section at the bottom of the order summary page. Here you can find the low-res PDF download if available.
This low-res digital copy is designed for viewing and limited sharing but isn’t suitable for high-quality printing. If you need a high-resolution digital version, this option is still available as a separate purchase. For more information: Digital File Download
Frequently Asked Questions
Why offer a free low-resolution copy instead of a high-quality digital version?
The low-res PDF is intended as a complementary digital copy and is not suitable for print. This preserves the value of high-resolution digital versions as a premium option.
