Custom Form: Selecting your Design Service

We're introducing some updates to our custom form and flow to allow you to specify exactly what you want for your order. Some additional fields will allow our team to determine what you are looking for quickly and easily. After you have selected your format and size you will see the following options to choose from:

1.webp

1. Supply Your Own Print File

Choose this option if you have a design in PDF format that you wish to print. You will upload the file, and we will print it in the format you have selected earlier in the process. Remember to provide a high quality, print ready PDF otherwise we may need to design from scratch!

Good to Know:

  • We recommend that images are a minimum of 300dpi and must include crop marks and a 2.175mm bleed. If these are not included in the file on submission, our design team will add these for a fee. Our designers will communicate this with you prior to charging.
  • PDF files are the only files accepted.
  • A design fee will still be charged for this type of custom order as our team are still required to process the job manually, however, it will be lower than a standard custom order as there will not be any significant time spent on the file

Once this option is selected, you will be shown the option to upload your file. You can upload multiple files by selecting multiple files from your device before uploading. If you upload a single item by mistake, please remove that item for the upload functionality to appear again.

2. Recreate or Amend a Design

Select this option if you would like to modify an existing design. You can provide your own uploads, reference Non-Hyble Asset numbers, or previous Hyble Order IDs (with a status of "Submitted" or beyond). You can also indicate whether any amendments are required to the design.

You will be able to select from the options to let our team know exactly what you need!

  • I need a design recreated exactly - no amendments
  • I need a design recreated with some amendments

You'll then be able to select how you would like to supply the content:

  • Upload a file (Formats accepted: .pdf .jpg .jpeg .png)
  • I have a non-hyble asset ID from a previous order
  • I have a hyble order ID

Submitting a 'No Amendment' Order

What you see will depend on your selection. As you can see below, the option to 'Upload a file' has been selected so the 'Drag and Drop' window is shown.

If you selected the option to supply a non-hyble asset ID, you would see the following screen:

6.webp

This will allow you to provide the asset ID as you do today, to search and validate the ID number before continuing with the order.

Similar to the non-hyble asset ID, if "I have a hyble order ID" is selected, you will be able to input and verify this to progress to review the order details before moving on to the checkout section.

Submitting an 'Amendments Required' Order

If the choice of 'Some Amendments' is selected, the look of the options will change slightly depending on how you want to provide content. For example, if you chose to provide the content by uploading a file, the below view will be shown:

The option will show windows to:

  1. Upload the file you would like us to recreate
  2. Upload any additional files that need to be updated (logos, bottle images, ect.)
  3. Provide a detailed description of the changes required.

If you select to provide content via a non-hyble asset ID, you will be shown an input field for the asset ID as well as a free text field that allows you to input the details of the amendments required for the order.

If you select the option "I have a hyble order ID", the input field will show for you to provide and verify this as well as a free text field allowing you to provide details of the amendments needed.

Once you have completed the relevant fields, you will be able to review the details of your order:

Having these new options within the Custom form will allow you to provide all files and information needed to get your design to you as quickly as possible.

3. Create a Custom Design

To ensure our design team has as much information about the order upfront, we have introduced some new pages that will allow you to provide information such as the venue URL, glass wear requirements and design styles. Below outlines how this will look and what additional information we will ask from you when submitting a new custom design.

About the Venue

Once you have chosen to create a new custom design, you will see our new 'About the Venue' page:

Once this page has been completed, you will proceed on to the design brief.

Design Brief

Selecting 'Yes'

Selecting 'Yes' will allow you to browse and choose a hyble theme currently available in self-serve that you wish to use in your custom order.

Once happy, simply click ‘Select Theme’.

Selecting 'No'

If 'No' is selected to the hyble theme question, you will be shown the below window. From here we ask that you select any styles that relate to the design request. You will also see a place to note more details about the style to further help the designer. Please note, if ‘Other’ is selected here, the details window will become mandatory.
