Custom Form: A Step by Step Guide

Step 1: Log into hyble

Access your account by logging in. https://pwa.hyble.app/

 

Step 2: Select the Customer

Choose the customer for whom you are placing the order.

 

Step 3: Navigate to the Custom Order Form

Click on the purple 'Custom Order' button located in the top right corner of the dashboard (shown below).

Step 4: Initiate Custom Order

Click on 'Start Custom Order' to begin creating your order.

Step 5: Select a format

Option A: Choosing a format available on the screen.

Scroll through the list of our pre-populated formats to see if any fit what you are looking for.

Once an item is selected, please review and select from the options shown or note specific instructions by clicking ‘Other’.

 

Option B: Order ‘Other’ Formats

Not seeing what you need from the list? Simply navigate to the bottom of the page to select ‘Other Custom Item’.

Once ‘Other Custom Item’ is selected, you'll need to enter specific details regarding material, size, pages and quantity as well as some other info in the provided fields. If you require more units than the listed quantity, you can specify this in the design brief section. 

 

Step 6: Design Service

Below explains the three options you have when selecting the design service you need;

Option A: Supply your own print file

Provide your design in a PDF Format, and we will ensure it is ready before printing. No edits, or amendments can be made in this section. 

PDF files should be high quality (minimum 300dpi). Print-ready files must include crop marks and a 2.175mm bleed and the file format must match your requested size. Our design team will add crop marks or resize files if needed however this will incur design costs. Please note WordDoc or PNGs are not print files.

 

Option B: Recreate or amend a design

Submit a previous design as a PDF, a hyble custom order ID, or a non-hyble asset ID for a recreation with/without amendments. 

From the options below, please select which is most appropriate to your order:

  • ‘Need a design recreated exactly – no amends’ should be selected when no amendments are needed for the current order. 
  • ‘I need a design recreated with some amendments’ should be selected when you wish to change some design or content in the new order. Once chosen, you will have the ability to upload your files, as well as add information in the description box (shown below).

Option C: Create a custom design

Select this option when you want to request a brand new, custom design tailored to your customer's needs from scratch.

Below explains each stage when creating a new custom design:

1. Add Content

Choose to add your content from two methods. Details notes below;

Upload files

Upload an excel or word document including all the content you want to show on your design. Use our handy drag and drop window to add from your device. You can also provide a non-hyble assed ID at this stage.

Product Form

You can add content to your order if you do not have a file to upload by manually inputting the content at this stage (shown below).

You will also have the option no note a non-hyble asset ID here.

2. Add Visuals

At this stage you will be able to upload files of product images, badges and logos. To avoid delays or your order being placed ‘On Hold’ we recommend uploading all necessary files at this stage. Please ensure all images are high quality for printing and name images appropriately to help our designers identify these.

Formats accepted are PNG, JPG, JPEG, SVG and ESP.

3. Design Brief

Please include as much information as possible to clearly explain your brief to your designer. Do you need a brand new design, or changes to an existing design? Should the design be colourful, stylish, contemporary, something else? Do you have a particular layout in mind? Or a colour palette?

4. Additional Information

Anything additional you would like to add to your order should be noted here!

5. Review Order

Check all the details on your order are correct and feel free to select ‘Back’ if you need to change anything. Once you are happy to proceed, you can select ‘Proceed To Checkout’.

 

 

Step 7: Delivery & Payment

Complete the fields in this section to note your delivery address and contact, review costs if provided upfront (some custom orders may require a quote and our team will get back to you via email once this is available) as well as any specific bill back information for your state. Please note, hyble are unable to advise on state specific chargeback rules, please contact your approver for more information.
