Once an order has been submitted, your approver is notified that an order requires their attention for review. If your order has been returned to drafts after it was submitted, one of two things may have happened;
- Your order was rejected: Your approver may choose to reject an order if changes are needed. Reasons for rejecting an order can range from the design to the cost. When an order is rejected, your approver will leave a note explaining why. At this stage, your order will be returned to drafts so you can make the changes needed to submit for approval again.
- Your order has exceeded the 'decision window': Once an order is submitted, your approver has 30 days to make a decision on the order. After this time, the order will return to drafts for you to submit again.
