Please note the below article covers how to include the below accessories in self serve;
- Leatherette A-Frame (available sizes noted below)
- Acrylic Stands (available sizes noted below)
All other accessories required would need to be submitted via our Custom process and require accompanying printed materials for chargeback purposes.
Ordering Leatherette A-Frames
Available in the following sizes and formats:
- Standard Card Stock with 2 sided (Single Sided) 4" x 6" Leatherette A-Frame
- Standard Card Stock with 2 sided (Single Sided) 5" x 7" Leatherette A-Frame
Ordering Acrylic Stands
Available in the following sizes and formats:
- Standard Card Stock with 2 Sided 4" x 6" Acrylic Stand
- Standard Card Stock with 2 Sided 5" x 7" Acrylic Stand
- Standard Card Stock with 3-Sided 4" x 6" Acrylic Stand
- Standard Card Stock with 3-Sided 5" x 7" Acrylic Stand
Why can't I see the option to select accessories at Checkout?
If you do not see the option of the above accessory formats at checkout, it may be due to the format you have selected. Both accessories require specific printed formats;
Leatherette A-Frame:
Please ensure you select the single-sided option from the available sizes. If you choose the double-sided option, the A-Frame will not appear at checkout, as double-sided prints cannot be used for A-Frames.
You can select the single-sided option during the 'Size' step in the app. Once selected, the A-Frame option will be displayed at checkout.
Acrylic Stands:
Please ensure you select the 2-page standard option (not single-sided) from the available sizes. If you choose the single-sided option, the Acrylic Stand will not be displayed at checkout, as we do not use single-sided prints for stands.
You can change to the standard 2-page option during the 'Size' step. Once selected, the Acrylic Stand option will be available at checkout.

If the option doesn't show, you may need to update the format. You can do this by returning to 'Format & Size' and updating your page formats. Once updated, you will see the option at checkout:
