Within the Hyble order summary page, we've introduced a new tab labelled ‘Chargeback Information’, to accompany the current tabs of ‘Progress Tracker’, ‘Order Details’ and ‘Order History’.
Within the tab, there will be the current ‘Supplier information’ heading as well as a new heading named ‘Chargeback Information’.
The Chargeback Information section will contain a direct link to download and view the excel file which will always show the most up-to-date file that is present in the chargeback estimation area.
Clicking the available link will allow you to download the chargeback estimation file.
What if the Chargeback information isn’t available yet?
If however, the chargeback estimation document is unavailable for either the reason of not applying to the order in particular or if it hasn't been estimated yet, you will be shown the following message;
There will be a slight change to the email that the submitter receives hat will go to the at the point the order is sent for manager approval.
