Self Serve Orders
If your order has not yet been approved, we recommend contacting your approver to request they reject the order. This means that the order will be returned to your drafts. If the order has been approved, we would be unable to cancel as orders are automatically sent to print once approved.
Custom Orders
Cancellation depends on the stage in which the order is in and charges may apply if design time has been spent. Please contact the support team as soon as possible to understand your options.
