We’ve introduced Key Milestone Visibility to improve order tracking.
Orders will now display a single, calculated estimated date for the next upcoming milestone, helping you stay focused on what’s immediately ahead. This provides clear, stage-based timing, streamlining visibility across the order journey and aligning expectations.
Please note, the dates provided are estimations and may be subject to change at any stage.
Lead Time Estimations will now show for the following stages:
Awaiting Manager Approval
Proof Sent
Shipped
This update introduces estimated milestone dates for the first time—displaying only the next key milestone based on the current status of your order, highlighted by the blue tick showing you where your order currently is.
For example:
If your order is in the early stages (e.g., Submitted or Awaiting Quote), you’ll see an estimated date for Manager Approval.
Once that milestone is reached, it disappears, and the next milestone, such as Proof Sent, takes its place.
