How to Order Window Clings That Require Paneling

What is Paneling?

Paneling is the process of splitting one design into multiple sections so it can be produced or installed across separate pieces.

Paneling may be used in two situations:

1. Paneled at Request:
If you would like your Large Format design split into multiple panels (for example, a large window display divided into multiple panes), the design may be split so that each section fits within an individual pane.

2. Paneled due to Production Constraints:
Some materials and printing equipment have maximum width and height limits. If a window cling exceeds these limits, it must be divided into multiple panels to be produced.

Paneling can either be requested when placing the order or will be recommended by our production team if the requested size exceeds printing constraints.

If paneling is required due to production limits, our team will notify you during the quoting process by including the details in your order’s format field, i.e.:

“Clings - W" x H", X-sided - X Panels, Each W" x H".”

If you're happy to proceed with the order as paneled, no action is needed. However, if you need the item produced as one piece, you can reach out to us at help@hyblesupport.com and we can explore alternative options, such as producing the item at a smaller size.

How to Submit an Order for a Window Cling Requiring Paneling

Step 1: Log in to Hyble

Go to: https://pwa.hyble.app/
Log in with your email and password to access your dashboard.

Step 2: Select the Customer

From the dashboard, search for the customer by name (or location).
Click Select Customer next to the correct customer.

Note: Selecting the customer first ensures the order is tied to the correct account and order history.

Step 3: Open Custom Orders

In the top-right corner, click the purple Custom Orders button.
You’ll be taken to the Custom Orders page where you can start a new request.

Step 4: Start a Custom Order

Click Start Custom Order.
This opens the order flow where you’ll choose your format and enter project details.

Step 5: Select Your Desired Format

Select Cling Format

Then select Other to request your custom size.

For the size, please enter the size of the entire design (entire windowpane), if possible. Select your material and quantity as prompted.

Step 6: Provide the Size of Each Individual Panel

Where your window is divided into sections, we will need to know the size of each panel.

To help us quote and produce your order accurately, we strongly recommend uploading a photo of the window.

The photo should include:

  • The entire window layout

  • Dimensions labeled for each section

You can include this image in the file upload section of the order.

If you do not have a photo available, please be sure to provide the required information in the Design Brief.

⚠️ Important: Design Brief Availability⚠️

A design brief is ONLY available when selecting:

  • Recreate or Amend a Design (Option B)
  • Create a Custom Design (Option C)

If you select “Supply Your Own Print File” (Option A), a design brief will NOT be included.

Example:
If a window measures 68” x 33” and is divided into 3 unequal sections, you should submit the order as 68” x 33”, and provide an image or information in the design brief clearly outlining the size of each section.

This ensures each panel fits correctly within the individual window sections.

Step 7: Submit Your Order

Complete the remaining delivery and contact details.

As your order will require a quote, our team will review the request and follow up with pricing.

When Window Clings Must Be Paneled for Production

In some cases, window clings must be split into panels due to production size limitations.

Certain materials and printing equipment have maximum width and height constraints. If your requested cling exceeds these limits, it cannot be produced as a single sheet and will need to be divided into multiple panels.

If this occurs:

  • Our team will inform you that paneling is required via the format field, i.e.:
    “Clings - W" x H", X-sided - X Panels, Each W" x H".”

  • You will have the option to:

    • Approve the order and proceed with the paneled version, or

    • Request changes such as reducing the overall size or altering the material
