Returns Process

While we strive to ensure that all orders are delivered successfully and on time, there are occasions where couriers are unable to complete delivery. In these cases, orders are returned to our production team’s warehouse.

If you receive a return notification from us, you will have 5 working days to contact our Support team to request a reshipment. This timeframe will also be outlined in your return notification email.

When contacting Support, please include the following information:
• Your order ID
• The address you would like the order reshipped to
• The recipient’s contact information

Once we receive your request, our Support team will arrange the reshipment and provide updated tracking information via email once available.

Please do not reply to the return notification email, as this inbox is not monitored.
