Need to send an order through again? Whether you want to order the exact same design or make some changes, our simple 'Repeat Order' feature lets you reorder previous designs in just a few clicks.
Repeating an Order with No Changes
- From your hyble homepage, click on 'Custom Orders' in the top toolbar.
- For orders that you can repeat, you'll see three small dots at the bottom right of the order.
- Choose 'Reorder or Copy'.
- Then pick 'Quick Re-order' from the two options.
- You'll be taken directly to the proofing page to check everything. Once you're done, click 'Proceed to Checkout'.
- Enter your delivery and payment details, then click 'Complete Order' when you're ready to submit.
Your order will enter our queue and go through the usual approvals and process.
Repeating an Order with Amends
- From your Hyble homepage, click on 'Custom Orders' in the top toolbar.
- For orders you can repeat, you'll see three small dots at the bottom right of the order.
- Click on 'Reorder or Copy'.
- Choose 'Copy & Amend' from the two options.
- You'll be taken to the proofing page where you can make changes in the right-hand panel.
- You can update things like:
- Order type (printed or digital)
- Quantity
- Paper type
- Customer
- Design & Content details
- When you’ve made your changes, click 'Review Order'.
- After confirming the details, click 'Proceed to Checkout'.
- Enter your payment and delivery info, and when you’re ready, click 'Complete Order'.
Important Things to Know
- Repeat orders will still go through the necessary steps like new orders, including approvals and quoting if needed.
- You can only repeat orders that have been approved and sent to print.
- If the assets used in a previous design aren’t compliant anymore, our design team will reach out to suggest alternatives.
