Where are my completed orders?

We won't be able to copy over any Brand Creator orders. Only draft and completed orders created on hyble can be accessed.

 

Can I still use the shopping basket functionality to check out multiple orders at once?

Not on hyble, but we are constantly building new features so stay tuned for this in the future!

 

Where can I see a 3D preview of my order?

3D previews are available now on hyble for the following formats:

  • 2-page booklet

  • Tent card

More options will be available as we progress.

 

What POS formats will be available in hyble?

The following POS formats will be available in a range of sizes, but please note that this may vary depending on your brand/market.

  • Inserts
  • Tent cards
  • Posters
  • 2 page
  • 4 page
  • 8 page
  • 3-sided table talker

 

Full menu sizes above 8 pages will be coming soon.

 

Can I send one order to multiple outlets?

You'll need to create an order for each outlet, but we hope our new improved checkout functionality will make this easier!

 

How much of the market specific data would be available with hyble?

You'll be able to see customer information on the select customer screen and product information.

 

How can I let you know what I think of hyble?

Can I upgrade my delivery to express on hyble?
