Draft and completed orders can be found on the main homepage of hyble.
Once logged in, you will be taken to the 'Select a Customer' page. 'Draft' and 'Completed Orders' options are shown above the customer search bar.
Draft Orders
By clicking on Draft orders, you will be shown all of draft orders done by your market. To filter this to show only your draft orders, simply use the dropdown option shown below.
Click on any draft order to continue designing.
Completed Orders
Click on 'Completed Orders from the Customer page to view all submitted orders. As with draft orders, completed orders can be filtered to show all completed orders for your market, or your own completed orders.
Copying Orders
Both completed and draft orders can be copied using the 'Copy Order' feature. This is a great way to move your order over to a different customer, or for completed orders, to repeat the order or make any needed amendments.
Simply locate the order you would like to copy, and select the 3 dots next to it. Then, select "Copy Order".
Next, you can select the customer you would like to move this order to. Once you're ready select "Copy Order and Continue".
