π How to Find Custom Orders
- Go to the Orders page
- Select the βCustom Ordersβ tab
- Use the search bar to find orders by Order ID or customer
- Use the filters on the right to sort or filter results
π Status Guide (With Rep Actions)
π‘ Submitted
- What it means: Order is under review by the Hyble team
- Action: No action needed β wait for update
π’ Hyble Accepted
- What it means: Order has been approved to move forward and is entering estimating
- Action: No action needed
β Hyble Question
- What it means: Hyble team needs clarification
- Action: Respond ASAP to avoid delays
π΄ Amends Required
- What it means: More information is needed; the order has been sent back to Drafts
